The short version: we collect only what we need to help you buy or sell a home. We don't sell your data. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation and Cloudflare for hosting. Form submissions go straight to WhatsApp — they aren't stored on our server.

If you contact us from abroad as an NRI buyer, you may additionally share country of residence and preferred contact times. We collect this only when you provide it — we don't ask for documents, identification, or financial information at the inquiry stage.
When you visit the website, we automatically receive standard web log information through Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare (our hosting platform):
The website uses a small number of cookies set by Google Analytics for measurement. These are first-party analytics cookies — they don't follow you across other websites. We don't run advertising or remarketing pixels on the site at this time. If we add them in future, this page will be updated and consent will be sought where required.

We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing emails, telemarketing calls, or SMS spam. If we send you anything after an inquiry, it will be a direct response from Sparshika or her team, on the channel you used to contact us.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following narrow circumstances:
If you choose to buy or sell a property through Novo Realty, we will, with your consent, share relevant information with the parties needed to complete the transaction — typically the builder or seller's representatives, your appointed lawyer for title diligence, banks for loan or remittance documentation, and the sub-registrar's office for registration. We share only what's necessary for each step.
We may disclose information if required by Indian law, court order, or regulatory authority. We push back on overly broad requests and will notify you where legally permissible.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and our own policy give you the following rights with respect to your information:

Our analytics provider (Google) processes data on infrastructure that may be located outside India. We rely on standard contractual protections to ensure your information continues to be safeguarded. If you contact us as an NRI from abroad, the act of contacting us also involves international transfer of your communication — that's inherent in cross-border real estate.
Novo Realty does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our website, please write to us and we'll delete it.
If you'd prefer not to have your visit measured by Google Analytics, you can install the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The site will work normally; we just won't see your visit in our reporting.
If we change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.
